CLAW Awards 

As a CLAW member, you are invited to make a submission/s for the CLAW Project of the Year Award & CLAW Small Project of the Year 2024, which will consider schemes with the contract value of less than £1M.
 

An additional commendation award may also be considered to projects that reach an outstanding standard in a particular area of the project’s delivery.

This Project of the Year Award will be made in order to:
 

• Reward excellence
• Raise profile of CLAW within Authorities
• Raise profile of CLAW and its member Authorities in the wider professional property field

All Authorities are encouraged to submit entries.
 

ELIGIBILITY – PROJECT OF THE YEAR AWARD

CLAW member authorities should submit projects of any contract value, that have achieved Practical Completion between 1st September 2022 and 1st September 2023. Buildings commissioned by, but not necessarily designed by, member authorities are eligible.

Buildings must not have been entered in previous years.

Each authority can enter a maximum of two projects.

Entry forms should be submitted by email to awards@CLAW.Wales by midday on 20^th September 2024.
